Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Due to the custom nature of our design and fabrication services, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Deposits
  • Deposits are required to secure project scheduling and initiate work

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

3. Design Services
  • Design work, consultations, and planning services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered

4. Materials
  • Materials ordered for a project are non-refundable

  • This includes custom, specialty, or marine-grade materials

5. Project Cancellations
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no refunds will be issued

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Any materials ordered or committed

6. Change of Mind

Changes in preference or project direction do not qualify for refunds once work has commenced.

7. Refund Method

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
